Health Fair for Men (Photos and Details)
June 23, 2010
This free health fair provided an excellent opportunity for men of the community to be screened for prostate cancer and high blood pressure. We are very grateful to Dr. Bernard Parham (Optima Health Center) and members of his staff who provided the medical services.
We are also very thankful to the following organizations which provided reading material and gifts for the participants.
- Hamilton County Health Department (Community Health Division – Bill Ulmer, Director)
- Dodson Avenue Health Center (Community Outreach – George Ricks)
This event was organized by Deacon Walter F. Williams and presented by the Men's Division of First Baptist.
